Chuck Schadl is Group Manager of Government Contracting Services for Georgia Tech’s Enterprise Innovation Institute.  Chuck provides instruction and consulting advice to a range of governmental agencies on behalf of The Contracting Education Academy at Georgia Tech.  The Academy provides professional education to government contracting officials as well as to business professionals working for government contractors or pursuing opportunities in the government contracting arena.  The Academy is recognized by the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) as an official equivalency provider of DAU course work.

Chuck has been with Georgia Tech since 2003, and has more than 40 years of experience in the government contracting field.  During his career, he has served in contracting capacities at both the federal and local government levels, and has consulted with state and local governments on procurement reform. 

In his current position, Chuck develops educational course work and counsels both industry and government on all aspects of government contracting, including market research, proposal preparation, small business programs, and the nuts-and-bolts of how the public sector acquires products and services.
