Ms. Williams is the Business Diversity and Government Administration Manager for Ferguson Enterprises, based in Newport News, VA. Ms. Williams is responsible for the company Supplier Diversity program by providing equal access and opportunities for minority, women, veteran and service disable veteran owned businesses to sell products and services to Ferguson. In addition, Ms. Williams is responsible for project management and compliance of Federal, State and Local Government contracts.
Prior to her position with Ferguson, Ms. Williams worked at U.S.Heathcare, Inc. and Aetna, Incorporated. During her tenures at U.S. Healthcare and Aetna, she held various positions in sales operations which included her position as an Account Manager for the New Jersey and New York Family Care Medicaid Program; Sales Compensation Account Manager, Sales Operations Account Manager and Account Audit Manager for National Accounts.
Ms. Williams is an advocate for the Virginia Peninsula and the Hampton Roads business community. She serves on the Carolinas-Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council Board of Directors; Hampton Roads Regional Vice Chairman of the Carolinas-Minority Supplier Development Council and Virginia Electronic Technology Center.
Ms. Williams holds a B.A. in Organizational Management from Temple University and a MBA in Management from Strayer University. Ms. Williams is a 2007 graduate of the Wolseley North America-Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University-Pamplin Leadership Institutes.
