Jennifer Dickerson is the president and owner of EnRep, Inc., a consulting company she established in 2002 to assist the growing number of small to medium-sized federal government subcontractors with solutions to challenges in the areas of business compliance, financial processes and human resources.
Her 28 years of experience and multi-million dollar government contract awards set the backdrop for the business’ success. She won the first NAWBO Business Plan Competition in 2011 and is an Athena PowerLink graduate. Jennifer also participated in the inaugural Athena NextGen program. In 2012, her company was listed in Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest growing private U.S. companies.
EnRep is a certified Woman-Owned Small Business and a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise. Jennifer holds two engineering degrees; one in Petroleum Engineering and the other in Environmental Engineering.
