The Supplier Council Agency Connect Works Series discussion will concentrate on the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Environmental Management (EM) whose mission focuses on construction and environmental cleanup.  The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is a federal government agency whose mission is to advance energy technology and promote related innovation in the United States.

des research, development, and technological solutions to America’s complex energy, environmental and nuclear challenges.  The DOE is comprised of several program and staff offices, laboratories and technology centers, power marketing administrations, field sites, and other agencies.  Total discretionary funds for FY2015 were $27.9 billion.

Jennifer Dickerson is the president and owner of EnRep, Inc., a consulting company she established in 2002 to assist the growing number of small to medium-sized federal government subcontractors with solutions to challenges in the areas of business compliance, financial processes and human resources. 


Her 28 years of experience and multi-
million dollar government contract awards set the backdrop for the business success.  She won the first NAWBO Business Plan Competition in 2011 and is an Athena PowerLink graduate.  Jennifer also participated in the inaugural Athena NextGen program.  In 2012, her company was listed in Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest growing private U.S. companies.  


EnRep
 is a certified Woman-Owned Small Business and a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise.  Jennifer holds two engineering degrees; one in Petroleum Engineering and the other in Environmental Engineering.
