There is an entrance right on Independence Avenue. Meet the USWCC group outside the entrance (look for sign). Building entry will occur at 9:00 AM and we will proceed to the Room 2360 for the hearing. This portion of the event is not available to virtual attendees. Registration: Begins at 7:30 am. The programming starts at 8:00 am. Coffee and tea service is available starting at 7:45 am inside the meeting room.
1) For check-in: Check-In will be alphabetical by company name. Pick up your name tag, sign in on the registration list and you will receive a program and entrance to the hall. Programs are also available in a digital format for use on your device. Please note: Internet is available in the conference room.
2) Live Matchmaking 3/29/2023 (1:30 PM - 4:00 PM)
· No Appointments needed. Prioritize visits in order of business priorities for your firm.
· Elevator Pitch (30 seconds) – Lead with core capabilities and differentiators
· Business Cards – should include NAICS, Keywords, all contact info, designations
· Capabilities Statement – 1 page, double-sided max
· Research – Know which Agencies/Primes buy what you sell ahead of time. Prioritize those with whom you wish to meet and visit them first. You may meet with any/all of the agencies/primes in which you are interested in doing business. There are no sign-up sheets or bells and whistles. You are allowed 8 minutes – or longer if there is no line behind you. If you are patient, you will have the opportunity to meet with everyone.
· Agency Presentations – Bring solutions to the table.
· Follow Up / Follow Through – Send thank you with an electronic Capabilities Statement. Respond to Sources Sought/ Market Research notices and RFPs; deliver when awarded a contract.
3) Virtual Matchmaking 4/5/2023 (1:00 PM - 4:00 PM)
Prior to the event on 4/3/23, registrants will receive links to their on-line meeting rooms. Each session will be for 10 minutes. Please be prepared to share your elevator pitch and provide solutions to the agencies/primes with which you are meeting.
For Small Business Attendees: If you wish to take part in the virtual matchmaking sessions, we require you to complete the Small Business Matchmaking survey no later than Sunday, 3/29/2022 at 8:00 PM EST. Failure to complete the survey will result in your inability to have matchmaking appointments.
