[Looking for a hotel?  Our team members traveling into DC frequently stays in hotels near to Reagan International Airport (DCA).  These hotels are often reasonably priced and convenient to the airport, metro and readily available cabs for transportation.  Here is a list of potential hotels for you. And, should you decide to take the metro to the meeting, take the Blue Line to the Metro Center Metro Station (which is a 5-10 minute walk to our meeting location).  Also cabs are plentiful and affordable - so, you can book a room anywhere in the region and get to the meeting facility very easily.]
