Join us for the launch of the Navy Agency Connect Network.

The Agency Connect Network was designed with your small business needs in mind. It provides:

- Education to small businesses.
- Connections between agencies, primes and small businesses to advance contract access.
- A forum specific to each agency or prime contractor to address issues impacting the federal government and small business programs.

Please join the U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce and The American Small Business Chamber of Commerce on February 5, 2013, at 1:30pm for the launch of the Navy Agency Connect Network. You will learn about Navy Office of Small Business Programs strategies to make their FY13 small business goals. Sean Crean, Director Navy Office of Small Business Programs will present. This meeting will also be a forum for you to share your feedback, your experiences and make any suggestions you have to increase access to Navy small business contracts.

Presenter Bio:
Sean Crean, Director
Secretary of the Navy
Office of Small Business Programs 

 

Mr. Seán F. Crean is the Director, Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) for the Department of the Navy. He joined the Secretary of the Navy Staff in January 2010.

He serves as the chief advisor to the Secretary of the Navy for all small business matters and is responsible for establishing policy and advocating strategic initiatives for small business engagement in Navy Acquisition. Prior to receiving this appointment he served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Acquisition and Logistics Management during a two year recall to active duty as a Rear Admiral in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Mr. Crean previously worked as the senior procurement analyst for the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Office of Government Contracting Area I (New England) for nineteen years.

Mr. Crean’s combined military and civil service careers span over thirty years.
